A group of LACE ladies enjoyed an evening at the newly opened Lillian Maund International School of Beauty Therapy at Son Quint Golf on Wed 21 April.  Karen Drysdale showed them the areas where the students will be learning both practical and theory towards gaining their NVQ qualifications, and then took them to see the three treatment rooms which are open to the general public for a host of treatments carried out by qualified therapists.

The evening included sample treatments for some of the ladies to enjoy first hand  including a Biomatrix facial, Make up make over, Teeth whitening, Aromatherapy back massage & facial, Indian Head Massage &  Hand Massage, while everyone else had the opportunity to wander around, watch the treatments and speak with the therapists.

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment (Biomatrix Facial), although not one for the claustrophobics amongst us. My therapist explained the procedure clearly and the results were great. I would definitely choose this facial again as I felt that I could see improvements to the fine lines around my eyes and mouth. My skin felt fantastic too. Justine Knox
