Elaine is a highly professional and inspirational qualified coach, with over 25 years’ senior management, sales, marketing and business experience in blue chip organisations. The possession of strong leadership and coaching skills, together with organisational focus has provided continuous success in two leading pharmaceutical companies.

Elaine has strong interpersonal skills together with a high degree of emotional & social intelligence, which provides the ability to coach and mentor individuals at all levels from CEO’s, Directors, and Senior Managers as well as team coaching.

Elaine has a Diploma in Management studies and has undertaken a CIPD Certificate in Advanced Professional Senior Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She has also been awarded Fellowship membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and can offer certified Institute of Leadership & Management Coaching Skills for Leaders courses, as well as coaching master classes on more in depth coaching issues.  She is an accredited Index 360 and Kenexa facilitator and is highly experienced in the use of 360 tools across the business sector. Elaine is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the International Coaching Federation, Association for Coaching, and the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring, and is currently undertaking a Master in NLP qualification.
